Terms

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. Until then we may decline it — most often because a piece has already gone. Oud is sold by the piece, and two people can reach the same one within the hour.

All prices are in UAE dirhams. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. A price on a product page is the price you pay; nothing is added after confirmation.

Agarwood is a natural material. Colour, grain and weight vary between pieces, and a chip will not look identical to its photograph. Scent is read differently by different people and changes with the heat you give it. None of that is a defect.

Delivery is within the UAE. The shipping page carries the zones, the rates and the times, and the returns page carries the rule on sealed and opened goods. Both are part of these terms.

The text, photographs and the museum entries are ours. Read them, quote them with attribution, and do not republish them as your own.
