Where we deliver
Anywhere in the UAE. We do not ship outside it today. If you are ordering from elsewhere, write to us on WhatsApp before you pay and we will tell you whether it can be arranged.
Dispatch
Orders leave us within one to two working days. You are sent a tracking number when they do. Friday and public holidays are not working days.
A note on the burner
Brass is heavy and is boxed accordingly. An order containing a mabkhara may be dispatched a day later than an order of wood or oil alone.
